Adrienne Amador Oddi is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment and Director of Admission at Denver University. Widely regarded as an ethical leader with a deep passion and expertise in college access and enrollment, Adrienne has a strong track record of building thoughtful enrollment teams and strong connections with college counselors around the country. She is known for creating practices that actively include different voices and views while building communities on college campuses. Prior to joining the University of Denver community, Adrienne held enrollment leadership positions at Queens University of Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina; Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut; Berry College in Rome, Georgia; University of Rochester in Rochester, New York; and Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. Adrienne earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Kenyon College and her master's degree in educational measurement and statistics from The Ohio State University. An NCAA All-American swimmer at Kenyon College, she has developed a lifelong passion for fitness. In her spare time, you can find her logging many miles in the pool or on the bicycle with her husband, Henry.

Todd Abbott is a higher education leader with 28 years of experience. As a Vice President at Liaison, he partners with colleges and universities to strengthen their enrollment operations and achieve their strategic goals. His expertise spans enrollment, marketing, and student retention, including leadership roles on campus and in the industry. A former Dean of Enrollment, Todd champions data-informed strategies that prioritize student success and institutional growth.

Steve joined the Liaison team in 2020 after almost 20 years in higher education administration. Leading teams and driving innovation at schools like Harvard Business School and ASU’s W. P. Carey School of Business, Steve’s experience has focused on the intersection of people, process, and systems as drivers of smart growth. His most recent school position was as Associate Dean for Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, where he led the unit responsible for all graduate business programs. He holds undergraduate degrees in General Studies and Information Systems and graduate degrees in Business Administration and Philosophy.
