LIVE WEBINAR

Enrollment and student success leaders know there is no single blueprint for increasing retention and persistence.

Meaningful progress often comes from identifying a specific student challenge, testing a thoughtful intervention, and measuring its success. This webinar features campus stories of student success leaders better understanding student needs, prioritizing support, and measuring impact by leveraging AI and combined predictive insights with the expertise of advisors, coaches, and campus leaders. Both campuses have documented measurable success for their students:

  • Indiana University of Pennsylvania | Achieved a 90% first-year student fall-to-spring retention rate and a 4% increase in the fall-to-fall retention rate after expanding its first-time student-facing professional advisor program.
  • Augusta University | Achieved a 6% increase in the first-year retention rate through a consistent 2% year-over-year annual increase in recent years after identifying key risk indicators for incoming students to guide enhanced support throughout the first year.

Who should attend: Enrollment and student success leaders committed to supporting engagement and academic success for students on their campus.

Join us to explore two different approaches to student success and leave with ideas you can adapt to your own campus.
