Turn Inquiries into Enrollment NAGAP Webinar_LP Graphic

About This Webinar

Get ready to align your recruitment aspirations with proven tactics that turn first impressions into lasting student relationships.

This webinar will present actionable insights informed by the 2025 NAGAP–Liaison Graduate Inquiry Response Project that illustrate how savvy graduate institutions can begin to build meaningful relationships and trust at the very beginning of the inquiry stage.

Citing the eye-opening results of Liaison’s secret shopper research and a national survey of over 1,100 NAGAP members, speakers will outline five easy-to-implement strategies institutions can use to improve inquiry response, deepen engagement, and drive yield in an increasingly competitive environment. As a result, this session will expose the perception gaps that can quietly undermine your graduate enrollment strategies and offer a roadmap for closing them.

You'll walk away with actionable insights and data-backed strategies to create more human, responsive, and student-centered interactions—starting from the very first point of contact.

Please join us on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, to take part in this timely and important conversation.
