Amy Daly Gardner
Senior Director of Graduate Admissions, Clark University

Amy Daly Gardner is the Senior Director, Graduate Admissions at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Ms. Daly Gardner has worked for the U.S. Department of State in St. Petersburg, Russia; Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions; and the Harvard International Office. She came to Clark in 2000 as the Director of the International Students and Scholars Office. In 2014, she became the Associate Dean of International Programs and worked with Clark’s international programs in China, Poland, and Russia. She also supervised the International Students and Scholars Office and the American Language and Culture Institute (ALCI). In 2021, she made the move to enrollment management where she oversees all international graduate and professional recruitment. Ms. Daly Gardner is a long-standing member of AIEA: Association of International Education Administrators, EAIE: European Association of International Education, and NAFSA: Association of International Educators and has held various leadership roles at both the regional and national levels.

Brett DiMarzo
Director of Graduate Enrollment Digital Strategy, Boston College
Vice President, NAGAP

Brett DiMarzo has been in the field of higher education for over 20 years and is currently the Director of Graduate Enrollment Digital Strategy at Boston College. He began his professional higher education career in Financial Aid at MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, later moving to the Office of Admission as the Assistant Director of Admission. He also spent several years as Associate Director of Graduate Admission at Suffolk University and led the recruitment and admission efforts as Director of Graduate Admission for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Simmons University prior to coming to BC. He received his Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University in 2011. He has served in several positions in the New England chapter of NAGAP (the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management), presented at national and regional professional conferences, and is currently serving on the Governing Board of NAGAP as Vice President.

Adam Julian
Director of International Recruitment, Miami University

Adam Julian is Director of International Recruitment at Miami University and has more than 20 years of experience in international education. He has held leadership roles in international recruitment, enrollment, partnerships, and student services at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Appalachian State University, and California State University Monterey Bay. He has also held senior roles in the international education private sector, advising universities on recruitment strategy, partnerships, and enrollment growth. Adam authored the chapter “International Recruitment for Graduate Programs” in NAFSA’s Guide to International Student Recruitment and is a two-time Fulbright recipient.

Stephen Taylor
Vice President, Graduate Enrollment Strategy, Liaison

Steve joined the Liaison team in 2020 after almost 20 years in higher education administration. Leading teams and driving innovation at schools like Harvard Business School and ASU’s W. P. Carey School of Business, Steve’s experience has focused on the intersection of people, process, and systems as drivers of smart growth. His most recent school position was as Associate Dean for Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, where he led the unit responsible for all graduate business programs. He holds undergraduate degrees in General Studies and Information Systems and graduate degrees in Business Administration and Philosophy.
