Todd Abbott
Vice President, Liaison
Todd Abbott is a higher education leader with 28 years of experience. As a Vice President at Liaison, he partners with colleges and universities to strengthen their enrollment operations and achieve their strategic goals. His expertisespans enrollment, marketing, and student retention, including leadership roles on campus and in the industry. A former Dean of Enrollment, Todd champions data-informed strategies that prioritize student success and institutional growth.

Rachelle Keck, Ph.D., J.D.
President, Grand View University
Dr. Rachelle Keck is the 14th and first female president of Grand View University. A first generation college graduate, she holds a B.A. from Wartburg College, a J.D. from the University of Iowa, and a Ph.D. from Drake University. Her career spans law, philanthropy, and higher education leadership - including presidencies at both Briar Cliff and Grand View. Dr. Keck serves on multiple national, state, and local boards and is a sought-after speaker on leadership, philanthropy, and the future of education. She currently chairs the Tax Policy Committee for the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities. In 2024, she served as the American keynote speaker at Denmark’s historic Rebildfestencelebration. She has been recognized as a Pioneering President, Woman of Influence, and Woman on Fire, among other honors. Her upcoming book, SelfQ™: The Intelligence of You, will be released in late 2025/early 2026. She and her husband, Jim, are the proud parents of four children.

Alison Morrison-Shetlar, Ph.D.
President, University of Lynchburg
Dr. Alison Morrison-Shetlar is the 11th president of the University of Lynchburg and the first woman to hold the role. Since her arrival in 2020, she has spearheaded a dramatic transformation of the university. This includes implementing a new strategic plan, a comprehensive campaign, and significant institutional restructuring to better serve students and the community. Her strategic vision has focused on aligning faculty and staff resources with student needs, achieving financial stability, and cultivating a dynamic academic portfolio that resonates with both student aspirations and workforce demands. Under her guidance, the Board of Trustees was streamlined into a highly engaged and effective governing body, while the university's leadership team was also revitalized. Morrison-Shetlar's leadership further encompassed a brand refresh, including a renewed mission, vision, and values that guide the university's future. Her administration has focused on rightsizing the university, enhancing the student experience, and increasing enrollment and retention. Dr. Morrison-Shetlar is deeply committed to innovation, leadership, inclusive excellence, and the university's role as a vital anchor institution in Lynchburg. Morrison-Shetlar's leadership journey spans seven institutions of higher education, both public and private, across the United States, including Elon University, Georgia Southern University, and University of Central Florida. This broad experience has provided her with invaluable insights into fostering transformative learning environments. As a leadership development consultant, issues in higher education speaker, and certified Gallup Strengths Coach, she empowers individuals and organizations in higher education, business, government, and nonprofit sectors to achieve their full potential. Originally from Scotland, Morrison-Shetlar's academic foundation lies in biology and chemistry, and she earned her doctorate in biomedical science from Dundee College of Technology (now Abertay University). Her research expertise led her to the prestigious Max-Planck Institute in Germany, where she directed a research department. In 1993, she transitioned to the United States, embracing the spirit of innovation and opportunity in American higher education.
