About This Webinar
In an era of demographic shifts and financial pressures, higher education faces a dilemma of declining trust while the perceived value of a degree begins to rebound. In this critical moment, system-wide innovation is no longer optional—it’s essential. State higher education systems are at a turning point, as long-standing models of strategic enrollment management come under increased scrutiny. With current challenges in mind, this webinar explores unique opportunities to leverage "systemness" through technology and shared infrastructure to deliver more efficient, equitable, and sustainable outcomes for students, institutions, and states. By working together, institutions across systems can reshape approaches to student onboarding and success in more impactful ways than they could on their own. Watch on demand to see Nancy Zimpher, Ph.D. (President, National Association of Higher Education Systems/NASH), April Grommo, Ed.D. (Assistant Vice Chancellor, Strategic Enrollment Management, California State University), and Liaison’s Craig Cornell (Vice President of Enrollment Strategy for Undergraduate and State Systems) and Ashley Crocker (Senior AVP, Higher Education Systems) discuss:
- The current gaps in system-level enrollment strategies and why traditional approaches are no longer enough.
 - How transformative technologies, such as Liaison’s Centralized Application Service (CAS), are unlocking greater access and efficiency.
 - Real-world takeaways from the California State University’s recent innovations.
 - How to create a forward-looking blueprint for modernizing public higher education through collaboration, trust-building, and scalable technology.
 - How Liaison and the National Association of Higher Education Systems (NASH) work to advance the role of multi-campus systems and create a more vibrant and sustainable higher education sector.
