Engage, Exchange and Evaluate

The Fall 2022 GME Summit will focus on key areas where schools need to evaluate operations and systems for disruption readiness -- Staffing & Leadership; Strategic & Operational Connectivity; International Students; Recruitment Operations.

Discussion topics include the talent management approaches that have been most successful in maintaining team morale, hiring and onboarding new staff, innovations being used to meet and engage with international prospects, what approaches schools are finding most successful in engaging US-domestic students, and what is being done to ensure stable enrollment pipelines to critical international student markets.

The Summit will be hosted by the Knauss School of Business on the beautiful campus of the University of San Diego, featuring small group discussions moderated by leaders from across the field. We look forward to seeing you there!
